Incredible was founded in 2011 in Atlanta GA, and since then we have successfully completed 500,000+ installations.

What To Expect

1. Proffessional Measurement

After purchasing your measure from your local store, we will send a background checked, experienced, and trusted expert to your home to complete the measurements for your project. They will make sure to discuss your project needs and complete precise measurements. Once all the information is gathered, they will submit it back to your local store for review and the store will contact you to select products.

3. The Installation Process

On the start date, your assigned professional installer will arrive at your home at the time you scheduled and with all the necessary tools and materials needed to do the work promptly. They will confirm the product selection with you before starting, and then proceed with their work. If any issues arise during this time, they will notify you and come up with a plan to have you satisfied with our work.

2. Scheduling your INstall

When we are notified that all of your product is received, our team begins working with you to select an installation date. Some projects might require a second inspection before finalizing the install date.

4. Post-installation

During the project, our installers will minimize any disruption to your home’s routine and when they are finished, they will thoroughly clean the site. We want to make sure you are satisfied. If you are not satisfied, our promise is to work until you are! You will be asked to complete a survey which will notify us if we have exceeded your expectations.
